While it is true that I can specify an RGB profile for the LaserJet in ColorSync Utility the Color LaserJet actually always uses the CMYK profile, no matter whether I print RGB or CMYK docs, and there is no way to tell it to do otherwise.

Are you performing color management at the application level or the system level (yuk)?

How did you tell an HP Color LaserJet to use an RGB profile?

I just select the Laserjet profile in the print dialog of the (Adobe) application that I am printing from. InDesign requires that one select "Composite RGB" from the Output tab for this. How are you doing it? What application(s) are you printing from?
