I agree. We use the laptop for rough edits and editing metadata
while on the road - not for color edits.

The matrix profiles and the LUT-based profiles from Match are nearly
identical size and shape, so I don't suspect anything seriously wrong
with the profiles. I'll play with ColorEyes and BasICColor later.
The blacks do subjectively look better to me on the new MacBook Pro
than the older Powerbooks, but otherwise, I don't sense a huge
difference in color.
