Perhaps you can take that image file and add a small note like "The image very-billiant-artwork.jpg, modified last time at 1:30am on 24.12.08, was processed thru our calibrated and profiled ICC workflow and is intentionally in sRGB. For further questions check our web site www.xyz.com or contact us at email@hidden".
