Hello Vic,
Had a chance to review the new SNAP standard document
(http://www.snapquality.com/uploads/SNAP_2009_2_.pdf) and I must say it is
quite comprehensive. They've included all kinds of tidbits on color,
scanning, photography, even RAW workflow! So, worth reading. This being
said, I have not come across a line in the text specifically stating "thou
shalt use GCR" for making separations? Have you?
No pointer to the ISO Newspaper26 v4 ICC profile, which is very popular for
newsprint separation, according to IFRA.
