Hello Peter,
I have the impression that the "evolution" from Euroscale Coated v2 to
Fogra27 and Fogra39 has been accelerating, and that users are either lagging
or ost.
Do you feel that Fogra39 will be "stable" for a while? (What do you also
think about that, Klaus?)
I am surprised that SWOP v2 is used in a way that I would describe as "When
in doubt, use SWOP v2" also in Europe.
Thanks for the input.
Danny

Hi Danny,
around here there's a strong belief that the old "Euroscale Coated v2"
profile is the king. Some folks started using Fogra 27 and Fogra 39 as
GMG and EFI made it default in their RIPs. But - as Klaus stated - these
are the people who care about color. The rest is using SWOP v2 for all
kinds of output.
Regards,
Peter
