If you say that to a client in person, always be on the alert for that
"deer-in-the-headlights" reaction that tells you that either they have not
understood a word of what you just said or were thinking of their fab hairdo
(or YOUR fab hairdo!) while you were talking... :-)
Unless it's written and documentable, the warning is neither enforceable nor
necessary meaningful to the client.
