Yeah, but people fall in love with that color anyway and will demand it. Besides, Lightroom can make a contact sheet from the RAW files faster than Photoshop can from the JPEGs so there's little reason not to go with RAW CSheets that will match the final color and reflect the photographers vision. Plus there's less image files to manage....
