So the list is for PR purposes for you then?
How about acknowledging when people make valid criticisms about products like i1 Profiler?
A private discussion isn't really much help to people who are having difficulty with "valid" problems.

Errr, you've drifted into representing other people's views again.
Look after your own bandwidth issues and stop concerning yourself with otter people's.
This forum is about ColorSync. Can't recall you posting much on that subject -- but I don't complain about it.
