Huh? AFAIK the software lives on your PC, not the "cloud"....furthermore, all image processing is STILL done locally (AFAIK).....I can't imagine the bandwidth toll (literally and figuratively) it would take to open a local image and then have all that pixel-processing handed off to a remote clould computing system.
There is nothing "cloud" at all about CC except for occasionally checking your subscription license (monthly?).
