A couple of general MIDI questions

Hey,

Are there any midi sequencer packages available yet under OS X that I can use with my keyboard?

Also I have an old MOTU Apple Desktop Bus based Midi time piece. Would it be possible to use this piece of hardware under OS X using a USB->ADB converter?

Finally, at WWDC there was a core audio demo given that showed off surround sound. What piece of hardware was used for the multi channel audio out?
