The latest release of the SDK (http://developer.apple.com/audio) can be
used on either a 10.2.8 or 10.3.x system - though on 10.2.8 you may
need the latest installation of QuickTime as that included some CA
pieces (and QT will install our headers as well). I think that is the
piece you're missing...
