Hi Jeff,
I've uploaded a full working example of the issue - as ID 4626930. There is an example attached (but for some reason I cannot see this when I look at My Originated Problems and then click on the bug report). Let me know if you cannot see it either - and I'll re- upload it.

So I created another project, with the smallest amount of code to demonstrate the problem.
The output (when attempting to create a private aggregate) is:
