Specifically, I was looking for the documenation on AudioUnits that
used to be installed in /Developer/Examples/CoreAudio/Documentation/
AudioUnits/. These files, while being far from perfect, filled in a
lot of the blanks for me when I was starting out with Audio Units.
They answered many questions that the Audio Unit Programming Guide
doesn't go into. Today I needed to refresh my memory and could not
locate them anymore. It seems they are also not available online (at
least Google doesn't turn up any hits for the section titles).
It would be very nice to see this documentation upgraded to
'offical' status, and to be able to consult it from the Xcode
documentation browser.
I think that was the general intention - I know that we are also in
process (and have covered some already) of getting all of this
documentation up on the ADC site as Tech Notes, so have a look for them.
