Just so you guys know. we are looking into this, and I'm just as p'd-
off about this as you are (if that makes anyone feel any better) :)
We'll post a document (it should be pretty brief) outlining our
discoveries, and then if you guys can look this over and make sure
we've documented every known issue, we can make this available as a
tech note while we get the fixes out. It is more annoying as we did go
to some effort to ensure that these templates were working; obviously
we missed some things, so apologies for that
More to come

We know where the bug reporter web site is - I am unhappy, not

When people link to the bug reporter, they don't think you're stupid,
nor are they trying to be rude. They're simply making a point.
To my knowledge that bug was filed numerous times whenever it cropped
up again (I don't have the IDs handy, sorry), though I must admit I
am
too fed up with this situation to care now.
I've got a few forehead-slappingly-stupid bugs that just sit there in
purgatory. Complaining on the mailing list is, quite frankly,
meaningless. Radar is all that matters. Just keep pinging DTS
periodically about your issue to make sure it doesn't get lost in the
fray.
