AULab and > 96KHz sampling rate

Is anyone else experiencing problems with sampling rates greater than 96KHZ in AULab? I get distorted sound with my own plugins and also with the Apple DLS synth. I only have 1 sound card that goes beyond 96Khz to test with at the moment. This isn't a CPU overload problem.
