I'm trying to use the backwards-compatibility mode of the PackageMaker
command-line tool in Leopard to build a metapackage, like so (paths
shortened and lines split for readability):
/.../PackageMaker.app/Contents/MacOS/PackageMaker -build \
-ms "/.../packages" \
-p "/.../result.mpkg" \
-r "/.../resources" \
-i "/.../Info.plist" \
-d "/.../Description.plist" \
-b /tmp
This worked fine under 10.4, but with PackageMaker 3 in Leopard, I'm
getting:
ERROR: No packages to build.
I've looked through the man page and the help text, and as far as I
can tell, I'm doing what I should.
I wouldn't mind updating my scripts to use the new syntax for
PackageMaker, but I can't figure out how to build metapackages at all
with the new syntax. If anyone could provide any pointers, I'd be
most grateful.
Thanks,
Marshall
