Yes. Not with PackageMaker but with a tool not available yet.
Sadly, I have a project milestone (code complete beta) at the end of
this week, so unobtanium tools don't help. Thanks, though.
Check the encoding or for a missing semi-colon in Localizable.strings.
BTDT, UTF-16 tried both ways with and w/o BOM, semicolons present.

Yes, it's a 10.5 mpkg. This software requires Leopard and Intel-
only. Is it really not possible to localize these strings in a
distribution package? Are there docs on the format and files in these
bundles so perhaps I can do some post-build scripts to add the L10N?
