Yes, it's a 10.5 mpkg. This software requires Leopard and Intel-
only. Is it really not possible to localize these strings in a
distribution package? Are there docs on the format and files in
these bundles so perhaps I can do some post-build scripts to add
the L10N?
Flat metapackage is the worst case scenario IMHO when you need do
some post edition as you need to rely on the Flat Package Editor and
this tool has a bad habit of not remembering when you delete a file
or add one (read, it's completely buggy). So if you use the Flat
Package Editor, the best way to get your modifications taken into
account is to:
1. Save the file
2. Close the file
3. Quit Flat Package Editor.
That being said, I made some tests and localizations work fine there
too.

English and French localizations for the choices.
