Personally, I agree and would actually use the 2.4 GHz band more
wisely instead of forcing a. At any rate, his request inspired the
notion of a little wireless management tool designed with educational
environments in mind. Just something I'm bouncing around.
I can't really speculate about why those interfaces aren't publicly
released. Apple Developer Relations might be able to help. It
can't hurt to ask them.
