I am probably repeating myself, but I will do it anyway.

Folks, if you can have a choice, use FrontBase! It is just lightyears ahead of any other DB engine - we are using it for terabyte database and neither Oracle, nor Sybase come even close, fully supports SQL92, and the support just rocks. MySQL gave me a lot of headache in the past, and OpenBase does not scale at all.

The MySql is the easy part. WO supports several common databases, but, if you need something that covers more of the ANSI SQL spec than MySQL does, you might want to think about another database.
