As a general rule, try not to modify a D2x model after the wizard has made its job.
In you case, i'd check first a couple of things:
did you create both classes (client and server), for each entity??
did you modify the rule-system some how?
any other custtom modification?

Refere to page 150 (chapter 7) of JCDA book for more details on the subject.

This is one of those questions: "Is there a bug in WO, or am I doing
something wrong?".

I create a D2J app, using EOGenericObject for my classes and
everything works ok. I then decide that I need to add some custom
code to a class, so go to EO Modeller and set a class or two to my
custom class.

I create the Java files and add it to the project (adding it to Application
& web server targets). I adjust the code in the project and try to run it. I
What happens is it works just as before - it doesn't seem to notice my
custom classes.

I have even commented out the whole body of a class without any
effect on the end result. I have also trashed the build folder to try to
get it to start fresh, but no effect.

If I delete the whole project, and recreate from scratch - but setting the
custom classes at that stage then I'm ok.

Any suggestions? I am using WO 5.2 with Java 1.3.1.
