Using views instead of tables shouldn't be a problem, as long as you're
granted whatever permissions you need (i.e. insert/update/delete). In fact,
I wrote a KBase article showing how to use views in Oracle:

It doesn't look like our SQL Server plugin supports this trick... but if
EOModeler's Wizard offers you the views you need, it sounds like you're set.
