Back to Marius' question:
As WO evolved from Cocoa you could try to fish some developers that developed on (and understood) iOS. That might be difficult because the current iOS market is quite large at the moment. But some people just don't like Objective-C and would join a Java project instead.
Currently I recruit good Java developers and train them on WO myself.
