I have one problem with the new Apple X11. When I use it without a
separate X11 window manager, part of my application doesn't display
correctly. This is a big Motif-based application (200,000+ lines of C),
so it is hard to isolate a small example. The problem is that I have
some widgets that I manage and unmanage, based on user button presses.
Sometimes the widgets don't get drawn when the user presses the button to
activate them. The space set aside for them appears (the control panel
for the application gets bigger), but nothing is drawn there. But
sometimes it works, too, and it always works if I run fvwm with Apples X11
server. Has anyone else seen something like this?
