I have to say I find the Mighty Mouse (that came with my iMac)
surprisingly usable for 3-button X apps. I'd still rather Apple just
admitted they were wrong about the one-button thing all along and
separated the darn things on the outside, and I will never understand
how people can use the 4th or 5th buttons without hitting them
accidentally all the time. But in 3-button mode it works great. And
the scroll-nubbin isn't really a wheel, so you scroll-wheel haters
might not even mind it. I rarely need the one-finger horizontal
scrolling functionality, but when I do, it's phenomenally useful.
