I've seen that too but it seems like X11.app has always been most
likely to not refocus the original window. I'm using click-to-focus
so it can't be related to the focus-follows-mouse thing.
Sadly whatever it is that's launching doesn't leave a trace in
"Console Messages" or "All Messages".
