Yeah.  I see it as far back as I've been on the list (November 2007).

It started on 2004-09-12. At that time, there was a switch to new hardware for the list servers, see <http://lists.apple.com/archives/x11-users/2004/Sep/msg00064.html>, and the mailman version went from 2.0.13 to 2.1.5.
