I am still experiencing this problem. My research has uncovered no
possible cause for this behavior.

Subject: Application's Windows Run with Xcode Menubar
Date: October 30, 2003 8:29:01 PM CST

When I Run or Debug my application in Xcode, my main window is
displayed as expected, but the menu bar is Xcode's menu bar. If I
press Command-Q, Xcode quits. My project is upgraded from Project
Builder, where it ran normally. It is as if my application is not
running as its own process, but as part of Xcode. Is this a common
problem?
