You'll have to tell us what you did, so that we can tell you what you
didn't do that is causing it to fail. It's a computer -- there's no
magic of course you know. Just a routine set of steps, which, when
followed, always has the same result.
1. Add the icon to the project.
2. Set Target->Get Info->Properties->Icon to the icon name (without
the extension).
The image should appear and you should be gold.
