On this project, I have lots of files and they tend to have many lines of code. I must say, that I too found Xcode to be almost unusable prior to 10.4 on a G4 1.67 Powerbook, I had frequent spinning beach-balls, the editor would not keep up, searches took forever, multi-second delays (up to 30s) especially opening files. Xcode 2.0 has completely changed that. I am very impressed with this release, in terms of editor, searching, and opening performance. I used to use grep rather than the find feature because it was so much faster, now with Xcode 2.0 it blows away grep. Thanks Xcode guys for making it so much better!

Other cool things:

Spotlight helps when I am looking for code or documentation outside my project.

I think the changes to Crash Reporter where I can attach to a crashed process from the crash dialog is great. Windows has had this for a long time it is really good to see it here too.
