LSMinimumSystemVersion
This key contains a string indicating the minimum version of Mac
OS X required for this application to run. This string is usually
of the form n.n.n where n is a number. The first number is the
major version number of the system. The second and third numbers
are minor revision numbers.
When was that plist key introduced?
10.2.0, IIRC. And the key only partially worked under 10.3.[0-9]; it
kept the app from starting up, but no GUI error message was ever
displayed.
