Do you have your source "up and over" from your project file? If you
have a project structure like:

  FooApp/
      Project/
      Resources/
      Scripts/
      Source/

Then various individual-file related features don't work (Compile,
Preprocess, Disassemble, and the Status/Code columns in the project
window).
