Hi,

Yeah, I'm an ADC member and after a little work found the proper
download site. re-installing xcode 1.5 now with the OSX 10.3 cross
development sdk. There was no 10.3.9 option but I'm guessing 10.3 is
fine.

If you're an ADC member (online member is probably all that is
needed), you should be able to download Xcode 1.5 from the ADC Member
Site. Look under Downloads->Developer Tools. If you're not an ADC
online member, you can sign up for free (<http://connect.apple.com/>).
