So you are telling me that you also use the new ISO locale names
(like en.lproj) but don't have problems opening IB with the English
nib when you double-click on the nib container?

I checked this out further. If I use en.lproj, there is a problem.
If I use English.lproj it works. I probably used en.lproj in one
project and noticed the problem and then when I went back to another
with English.lproj, it worked and I somehow thought that cleaning a
project was the factor. I mostly use Carbon nibs and rarely keep the
files in the intermediates folder for more than a day.
