In Jun/July I will be replacing my 2001 Quicksilver 867mhz with a new Mac Pro.

But until then I am wondering about buying Leopard for my present G4 just to
get a head start. It has 1.12GB RAM and loads of HD, and GEForce2 TwinView
video card.

My questions
(0) Is anyone using a similar config for development under Leopard and Xcode 3?
(1) How is the experience?

a.) with loads of HD, use a second partition and try for yourself. If Xcode 3 doesn't cut it for you, use Xcode 2.5.

b.) How patient are you?

Seriously, for anything but five file Cocoa samples, I'd either get an Intel Mac or use BBEdit, gcc and Makefiles.
