Include an Instruments / Shark sample report grabbed when you
reproduce the problem. Output from top is also often helpful, as it
shows over all system activity and memory pressure.
Unfortunately, it isn't always possible to sample Xcode while it is
misbehaving except when you can get it to happen every time like <rdar://problem/5844897
>.
