Weird. You should probably file a bug report:

	<http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter/>

Include information on your OS version, Xcode version, and anything else that you can think of that would be particular to your machine / OS / installation of Xcode. If there are any error / warning messages in the Console from Xcode, please attach them to the bug report as well.

You can always try to uninstall + reinstall Xcode to resolve this issue.
