I usually have success in loading my own app on my iPhone for

device on and reconnect it."
Of course I follow instructions and reboot it, but it does no
good. This morning I am failing 100% to load the app.
any ideas?

1. Rebooting the device should fix this.
What does rebooting the device mean? I turn it off and back on
using the switch on the top (I have a new iPod touch). Does that
reboot it?
Hold down the top and bottom button and it will ask you if you want
to turn it off.
then turn it back on you you will see a slow boot phase.
