Note the new iPhone SDK agreement has NOT been sent to developers nor
has the terms been passed along to most Apple engineers (and/or list
moderators). So the existing iPhone SDK NDA is still in place.

Also this isn't an official channel to Apple. You don't know if anyone
responsible for this area of things is watching list traffic and no
one at Apple is required to respond.

If you have a problem that you want to make sure is visible to Apple
file a bug report as outlined in the iPhone developer portal or
contact Apple via the official channel (again see the iPhone portal
for details). That will get you in the loop.

Apple made many improvements in this space in the 2.1 firmware, it
sure looks like they are working towards correcting these pain points.
With that said you really shouldn't be using a iPhone that you need to
use day to day as your development device given the likely instability
that development work and developer preview version of firmware imply.
