Did you re-create the certificates themselves as well?
I just tried with the certificates and profiles from a colleague, and build fails on my machine .... not on his...
Is my system toast?
I really wish there was better diagnostic output. For what it is worth, codesign says:
codesign -dvvvv ~/dev/Xcode\ builds/Release-iphoneos/HelloiPhone.app/HelloiPhone ~
Executable=/Users/below/dev/Xcode builds/Release-iphoneos/HelloiPhone.app/HelloiPhone

I helped my manager that was having a similar issue and that's what we did, clean up everything and started from scratch, recreating provisioning profiles and downloading his Apple certificate and the newly recreated provisioning profiles and it did work.
