Jeff has a very good point with respect to XCode download size, it has grown beyond acceptable size. Even on a relatively solid Internet connection you can't count on a successful download. It might not be a big problem for everybody but I'm certain it is rubing many of us the wrong way.
Oh by the way yes I want access to all SDKs. It is just that 4GB for minor updates is a little much.
