No, nor could I! I just bought an App from the App Store. When I
asked for a VAT invoice I was told that I couldn't have one because I
had registered "personally" (in fact this is bogus because they have
to provide regardless accordingly to UK and European law and
therefore bound by the terms of the personal license (which says you
can't have a VAT Invoice or get the VAT back)). I really couldn't
care less about getting the VAT back since it was only £5 or so (15%
VAT in Luxembourg) , *BUT* the point is they said I was bound by the
terms of the personal license.
The reason I bring it up here is that I only found this out by
accident, because I asked for a VAT invoice, if not I'd be blissfully
unaware that I was bound by the personal license.
