Xcode 4.4 should we upgrade, or are too many things broken?

We're getting ready to upgrade, but is it actually worth it?

With all the bugs that come along with each bug fix release, will this cost us more time than it's worth?

What's the most stable, usable and not screwed up version of Xcode at this point?
