The original question was simple, perhaps not technically delivered perfectly. The answer was also very simple... No. The discussion has bloated out into the poor delivery of my question with the same result.

The implementation restricts are out of my control, too convoluted and not relevant to this question or thread. I was attempting simplify my request to the raw question which has already caused confusion.

Practical users of this group gave a straight answer, no. If I was able and willing to push the installation if the osax I'd have done it without causing such distress here.

Can we call this closed now?
