Totally agree. Seeding was much much better for Tiger than it was for earlier releases.

This issue is annoying the heck out of me. Once the ship date was mentioned, I found no trace of info if the last seed was in fact the GM. I even contacted DTS, but sadly no response at all (other than the auto-generated reply).

There are general e-mail address (email@hidden?) that you can use for general feedback.
Personally, I feel the biggest issue is that there is no forum at all to discuss any NDA'd material. There are so many new technologies in Tiger and I've been itching to get more information about them. It would have also been very cool to discuss with other developers how integration with the new frameworks is going for them and any tips/tricks to pass along.
Originally, I wanted to ship my new app alongside Tiger. But I had no choice but to hold off because integration of Tiger-specific items became unrealistic. I just couldn't obtain detailed info, specific sample code, or speak to anyone about it. The Tiger Tech Talk was really nice, but the knowlege aquired there only took me so far.
FWIW, I provided the "we need an NDA forum" feedback to Apple via the general e-mail address, spoke face-to-face to a few folks and even filed a DTS incident (last-ditch effort!). Hope we can get a "NDA" forum soon.

P.S. I'm also a Select developer and agree with what others have listed as their reasons to purchase it.
