Cocoa uses "Ohne Titel" in German. The older version of my override
resulted in "ohne titel" which is wrong. In the new version, if the
app is running in German, it simply punts and passes the default
string "Ohne Titel" through.
Why not just use NSLocalizedString and put there whatever suits you
for the languages the app supports?
Wikipedia notes that German capitalization rules changes have been
proposed several times
I'm sure there are all sorts of weird things proposed all the
time ... :) I'm a German living in Germany all my life and I've
never heard of any effort to change capitalization. Note that
Wikipedia also states: "in Britain it was soon suggested that this
capitalization be taken over into English [...]".
