it could be. it just still feels high even for that.
I guess we are talking about x% who do download and not run, x% on
10.2/classic/windows, x% behind firewall, x% crash on startup but never
bother to tell us (we've had no reports of that at all, and its a
pretty simple app so I doubt that number is high)
since we are talking about downloads I doubt the lack of a net
connection is a high factor...
anyway, if we know its 10.2 compatible we eliminate at least one
possibility :)
