untagged file from Nikon 5700

Hi,
I am looking at a file that has been taken direct from the memory card in a Nikon 5700 camera which I would have thought is untagged. When I examine the image using Colorthink, this appears to be the case. When I open the image in Photoshop, the profile mismatch dialogue says there is an embedded sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile.

Could someone (possibly from Chromix) explain the discrepancy?

Thanks

Simon
