This sounds like an old chestnut :-)
You should use 'same as source' rather than 'Printer Color Management' in
Photoshop, otherwise the Epson driver applies 'color adjustment' regardless.
I know, this doesn't make sense, does it?
My guess is that Adobe Photoshop is making an API call into the Epson
driver, in response to your 'printer color management' setting in PS, and
the driver is setting a flag in response to this, then not clearing it
subsequently even though you've asked for 'no color adjustment'.
Ian Lyons was/is the expert on this sort of Epson driver anomaly. I had some
email correspondence on this very subject with him a few years ago when
struggling with my Epson 1200. I think this correspondence was on the (now
defunct) Epson Inkjet List run by Mitch Leben.
