Certainly.
In ACR/LR, there ARE profiles that are camera specific. They are
selected and used based on the camera type detected. That's to correct
your first point about there are no camera model specific profiles.
Adobe recently updated some profiles that are an optional download. I
provided the URL. IF you did your research on Adobe products, you'd
know this. You'd have also compared these newer, far superior profiles
along with the new DNG Profile Editor which also provides the ability
to shoot a Macbeth and easily build a custom set (or individual)
profile.
What's clear to me is that while you seem to have a bias towards Adobe
and their profiles, you know very little about the product(s) or the
tools provided.
